I want to paint something, but feeling uninspired.?
Right, im bored lol great way to start but i want to tell you the truth. I finished my GCSE art course a lil under a year ago and i am really beggining to miss my art work and my teacher and fellow classmates coming up with ideas together. I have an A2/A1 board (i think) left over from my “art days” and i thought why not paint something on it; but i cannot decide what to do im really uninspired plus my folks are getting fed up with me being bored and asking them what i can paint lol. So i thought why not get stuck into another piece of art, on the scale of the “final pieces” i used to do for my GCSE’s. Just for the record my final pieces were, a massive Rose abstract Tiger Stripes head on a canvas surrounded by leaves, a blanket Tracey Emin style, an open Suitcase filled with my photography (of travels) and other bits and bobs i thought most people have in their suitcases after holiday, and then for my exam my title was barriers so i choose emotional and did this piece involving 2 4foot high canvases and a full length mirror (which puts u, the viewer, in the art. If you saw it u might understand). I really want to paint something that i cna be proud of, something i can hang on my wall or someone elses, i have a fair few different colours (the main being red as that is what is left over from my rose) of acrylic paint and this board and paper and a few sheets or watercolour paper. What can i do?? I love music, i want to travel the world, i love to escape from the world and its prying eyes and even the thoughts in my head, i love tv and movies etc. I love animals (especially Lions and Tigers and other wild animals, i also have a fair few animals of my own chinchilla, dog, guinea pigs, fish etc. Please any ideas are welcomed at this point, i need to keep my sanity lol, i would love lists of things to paint/draw (if i can find my pencil lol) it can be abstract or just copying a picture/photograph, it can just be a load of lines or different coloured sections… PLEASE HELP ME ASAP! Before im locked away and they throw the key away! lol Thank you sooooo much in advance! Sorry for my warbling!
