Beneficial Guideline For Abstract Hand Painted

Please help interpret this strange dream!! Climbing out a window only to end up inside again over and over?
I was out with my friends at night and we were in a neighborhood and I parked my old car and we got out then we were walking when we saw this guy jogging with bright yellow spandex pants, and he looked funny to me so I kind of laughed under my breath then he got closer and he saw me and like stared at me and stopped running and he was looking at me like a pervert and I was beginning to become afraid of him so we started running and ended up at this house and it was a coworkers house and then she turned out to be bad too and I kept climbing out windows in her house and kept ending up in another room like abstract Hand Painted over and over again. I was looking out the window to the outside but as soon as I climbed out of it I was suddenly inside again. Then as I kept going through room to room the window kept shutting a little more until the last window was closed and I was able to jump out a second story window into the snow. Then it switched to me having to move into her house and she was showing me my room and it had two big beds in it and a crib and it was all old fashioned and dust was everywhere and there was like this shelf that had like 50 hair product bottles that I was guessing was all empty and I was trying to clean but the room kept kind of changing a bit and my friend was supposed to be staying there with me too and the second bed was hers (these were like king size beds) and then all of a sudden it was the basement that these beds were in and that’s where I was staying and I was walking down the stairs and into the basement when I saw this canvas and all these craypa’s and I started to draw a hand that was pointing. I dont know to what but it was pointing at though it was just a painting, then I drew something else… it was abstract it was a girl sitting on a couch and in the window was this HUGE hand, but you could only like see the fingers and it started to come alive and turned into this whole thing that ended up being sort of sexual. Then I dreamt that I drew a diagram of my witch in the water dream…
