The Rothko poster I ordered came to me quickly, and in pretty good condition. As it sits in it’s frame right now, it is a little crinkled with some air bubbles which I am unable to remove. I’m not sure if this is because of the humidity of the room, the process of framing or from the poster itself. Other than that, the poster is fine.

Abstract presentation of poster board?
So I have to do a project on Colombia and arrange it on a piece of poster board. Last week I did a project on malaria on the exact same type of poster board for science class, and I did it very neat and orderly, so now I want to do something different. So, it’s a tri fold piece of poster board. On the left abstract Poster side I put the map of South America on the very bottom. Right above it I put the map of Colombia. Above that there’s just space. Then, in the middle, I have the word Colombia done in Word Art, and in the very center I have the research topics. Then at the bottom right hand corner of the middle I have the poem. Right next to the Word Art I have the sensory paragraphs. And then right smack in the middle of the right side, I have the flag. It all looks a little dull right now since I did it on plain white poster board, but I plan to mat it all with construction paper. So do you think the arrangement is weird? The point is for it to be abstract, and I personally think it looks cool but idk…

This poster came to me as any other. It was a dreary day, but alas…the mail arrived and my John Lennon poster was finally in my posession. I noticed right away that Its big, and looks nice. Its as delightfully blue as a blue scale photo can be. Everyone at my church really loved it. I’m thinking of buying one every year and giving it to someone who really needs one…maybe at christmas time. On a more serious note…I’d just beware of shippers. I ordered 8 posters and they all came rolled up (which is fine) but were mashed in one of those extra long toilet paper cardboard middle things which made every one of them wrinkley on the edges. So If you want to ensure that your purchase arrives wrinkle free… better pick it up off the shelf yourself. (i think i made up a new offensive phrase…shelf yourself.)

Looks great in person! Place in a simple frame so that the color doesnt compete with anything.
