I just received my wall sculpture and WOW is right! I hung it on the wall in 5 min. and it really moves with the light! I placed mine near the window and I think the sunlight even likes the piece even more than I…lol. Thank you Jon, my friends are gonna love it. Michael Fadel

I need help/insight/inspiration with modern algebra!!?
Look, I’m really facing a low point in my life right now: I’m a junior math major at a well-known university and I’ve hit this brick wall called modern algebra. I just don’t get the subject at all. I’ve done outstanding in every other math course up to this point (i.e. Calc, Linear Alg., Diff. Eq., ……), but I just can’t grasp the concepts in Modern Algebra. To me it just does not seem like math anymore. I’ve always been used to following a systematic approach toward problem solving, but in modern alg., I am clueless on modern Wall abstract how to go about problem solving. My biggest downfall is that I don’t even know where to start in the problems assigned from class. I mean, is there are concrete way regarding how to go about showing a proof? This is my first exposure to proof-based mathematics and my professor is not very helpful to say the least. He just assigns us problems that are so abstract, which are not even from the book might I add, and he expects us to understand it with the same brilliant mathematical apprehension that he does. And on top of that, when I ask him for help or show him what I’ve done so far, he just tells me that I need to be more creative! I am extremely dedicated to my academics and am willing to do what it takes to get through the course, but in the back of my mind I just have this frightening image of not being able to pass the course and having to switch my major as a soon-to-be senior, only to be stuck in undergrad for another 2 and a half years working toward another degree. I’m probably just venting my frustration right now, but has anyone had a similar experience? Or does anybody have any advice or inspiration for me? I appreciate everyone’s time.

This is a great clock – by having the ability to make it what every size you want, it can become a great wall feature – looks particularly good on a strong coloured background

I got a lot of good comments from colleagues since I put it on the wall of my office. The only concern I have is whether I can take it off from the wall when I leave the company, whether it will damage the wall. We will see. esides that, it’s wonderful!!

I’m surprised that this turned out well on our wall as it did. We like the modern art design of it and it was completely adjustable on the size that I wanted it to be. The double sided tape is really strong so don’t push the numbers and tick-marks hard on the wall until you’re sure of placement. I also recommend that you avoid contact with the clock portion as much as possible and be extra careful when moving that unit around. I believe that doing so helped with keeping the quality of the clock and the time.

I have collected many syles of art as part of my collection. This piece particular has a very interesting dynamics where the light from my overhead track lighting “ripples”Light Speed” Modern Home Decor Ultra Modern Abstract Metal Art by: Jon Allen” across the composition. The other very nice feature of this piece was the ease of installation. The seller has included a nice package of hardware and hanging tools. Overall I was very impressed with my purchase and will be back for more!
