The painting I received is exactly what I expected it would be, and is just as shown in the picture. The colors are bright and pretty, and I love the hand-painted look of it. I’ve even had several people ask if I painted it myself. Overall I’m very happy with it, and you can’t beat the price.
Why was there so little fantasy or abstract art before the 20th Century?
Hi, I was just wondering if someone could tell me why it took so long for Western artists to move away from abstract Sfa trying to realistically depict the world, and to move onto more fantastic or abstract art such as we saw in the 20th Century. I realise there was a small degree of fantasy-like art before this, such as mythological depictions, and surreal works by painters like Heironymous Bosch, but I don’t understand why there wasn’t much more of this throughout the ages.

The painting was delivered with no delays. It actually looked better than the picture. I love it.
This is a beautiful painting that adjusts very well with day and evening light. I love it. I would have liked it to have a way to hang it up since it says ready to hang, but it didn’t have a hook or string or anything. So I had to get a picture hanging kit and use eyelets and a string. It was worth it though because the picture is very pretty.
