The painting I received is exactly what I expected it would be, and is just as shown in the picture. The colors are bright and pretty, and I love the hand-painted look of it. I’ve even had several people ask if I painted it myself. Overall I’m very happy with it, and you can’t beat the price.
UV BODY PAINT FOR HALLOWEEN COSTUME – need ideas, opinions, inspiration!!!?
I am going to be an alien for halloween. Not the scary kind… more like a cute/sexy/trippy looking alien. So far he’s what I got!I plan on buying a cute pink wig like this one :http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001GQPV10and some green alien antennas similar to these:http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=211963132&listingid=51266449I plan on doing something colorful and extreme with my make up. Very extreme. I love UV Body Paint and I really wanted to painting abstract Retro use it in my costume. So I need some help in ideas! As far as the UV body paint goes, I plan on hiring an artist to do this for me, but I need some inspiration so I can tell him/her what I want. Also, I plan on wearing a tan noodle strap shirt to paint on so in the dark it blends in with my skin and wont mess up the big picture. Ideas I have so far:1) Paint colorful stars of all sizes starting from the corner of my eyes and trickleing all the way down my body, retro/abstract like. 2) Paint veins and the main arteries. Imagine a glow in the dark circulatory system including the heart, with special emphises on a beautiful heart. 3) Have a “planet or galaxy” theme- painting stars and planets all over my body. That’s all I got so far! My favorite is the veins. I just think it would look supa sick =)Also I’ll be wearing a “futuristic” looking hot pink mini skirt.I might also add that I am going to a rave halloween night so this costume will be so much fun if it works out!! This is a beautiful painting that adjusts very well with day and evening light. I love it. I would have liked it to have a way to hang it up since it says ready to hang, but it didn’t have a hook or string or anything. So I had to get a picture hanging kit and use eyelets and a string. It was worth it though because the picture is very pretty.
The painting was delivered with no delays. It actually looked better than the picture. I love it.
